Green Carpool doesn’t give any warranty or promise about accuracy or authenticity of people registered on our website. The core role of the Green Carpool is just to provide match of same route. Green Carpool is not responsible for the consequence of the breakdown of the vehicle.

Though we guide every user of our platform not to overload the vehicle, even then any car driver is found by any user of our platform with an overloaded vehicle or misbehaved person, we expect that user to immediately report the incident with the Police and provide the information to Green Carpool, so that we may take appropriate action against that registered user such as permanently prohibiting the account.

Everyone's security is in their respective hand and hence we expect our users to take the highest security steps. If any apprehension of mishap occurs, it is expected that the user of the platform report the incident to the Police or appropriate authority.

Since Green Carpool is just a platform to connect travelers on the same route, it cannot be held responsible for any delay in services, quality of service, or fitness of the vehicle. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that Green Carpool's role is limited only to facilitate services as an intermediary, and we shall not be responsible or held liable for any nonfeasance.

User Obligations: Users accessing, browsing, and using this Platform agree and acknowledge that they understand this limited and restricted use. Accessing, browsing, or using this Platform or availing any services is done of their own free will, discretion, and responsibility.

If Green Carpool determines that any information is misleading or inaccurate, they may remove the user from the platform.

Registered users are expected to provide accurate information and perform a physical inspection of their vehicle before proceeding with carpooling. Any payment-related issues between travelers must be resolved by the parties involved, as Green Carpool does not charge any fees or commissions.
