• Users are responsible for complying with applicable laws regarding ride-sharing and transportation.

4. Services Provided

GreenCar:

• Connects individuals for shared rides to reduce carbon emissions.
• Promotes eco-friendly projects via donations and community engagement.
• Offers tools to calculate and offset carbon footprints.

GreenCar does not directly operate or manage rides but acts as an intermediary platform for users to coordinate.

5. User Conduct

By using GreenCar, you agree:

• To respect other users and maintain integrity in communications.
• To avoid any fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• To ensure your vehicle (if applicable) meets all safety and legal standards.
• To maintain confidentiality and protect the platform’s intellectual property.

Prohibited actions include:
